Welcome to AliveChat. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AliveChat's website, platform, and live chat widget software. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Account Registration and Security
To use AliveChat, you must register an account with a valid email. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account workspace.
2. Acceptable Use of AI Training Data
You retain all proprietary rights to the knowledge documents (PDFs, URLs, text) uploaded to train your AI agents. However, you agree not to upload content that violates intellectual property rights, contains harmful malware, or promotes illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these guidelines.
3. Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed in accordance with our standard refund policy depending on subscription usage.
4. Limitation of Liability
AliveChat provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranty that the AI agents will provide 100% error-free answers at all times, as AI is generative. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from AI-generated responses.
